These pictures are from the afternoon that we went downtown. We had lunch, then walked around the Heartland of America park. Then we headed up to the slides. The girls brought wax paper and thoroughly enjoyed going down the slides at accelerated speeds. To finish off the day, we went to Ted and Wally's for ice cream. We kept the girls pretty busy over spring break. If they weren't riding bikes, they were playing at the park or doing side walk chalk. Aaron took them roller skating one afternoon. Apparently, they were the only ones in the skating rink! We also took the kiddos to see Alice in Wonderland. They loved it, and I actually enjoyed it too.
